OUR WARRANTY

Furniture manufactured by Urbanspace in solid mahogany or teak will carry a warranty against timber defects and manufacturing defects for a period of five years. (The validity of the warranty will commence upon accepting the furniture supplied and settlement of the invoice in full) Products manufactured in Melamine, Veneer, MDF, and Plywood will carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The Purchaser is responsible to inform Urbanspace within 3 days of discovering the defect/s.

Warranty for materials/accessories supplied by third-party suppliers such as mirrors/glasses/hinges/foam/fabric/brass/stainless steel/steel plated etc will be based on the warranties offered by our suppliers if any.

Upholstered products – Warranty applied for upholstered products subject to the structures and no warranty implied on fabrics or foams as stated above
